He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Mary Szatkowski (Dwyer); his parents, Charles L. Szatkowski and Stephanie Szatkowski (Wasko); and his brother Richard Szatkowski. He is survived by: his children, Michael Louis Szatkowski of Overbrook Farms, PA, Stephen Paul Szatkowski (Katherine) of Lower Gwynedd, PA, David Joseph Szatkowski (Dianne) of Conshohocken, PA and Kathleen Marie Szatkowski of Conshohocken, PA; his granddaughter Meghan Mary Szatkowski; his sister Marie Sandy of Martinez, GA; and his close friend Jean Greulich of Hilltown, PA..

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (424 S Main St, North Wales, PA 19454). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
