He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ruch (Quinn); his children, Christopher Ruch (Beth), Jackie Meehan (John) and Carolyn Ellis (Mike); his daughter-in-law Lisa Ruch; his siblings, Helene Gey (Rod), Carol Festa (Bob) and Thomas Ruch (Frannie); his grandchildren, Jennifer Duffy (Joe), Louis C Ruch (Shannon), Madelyn Meehan, Sagan Ellis and Zachary Meehan; and his great grandchild Owen.
