He is survived by: his spouse Kelly Smith (Collins); his parent Lois Smith (Crux); his children, Bronwyn Elise and Spencer James; his brother David (Joy); his mother-in-law Jacqueline Kotran (Paul); his sister Tracy Derstine; and his brothers-in-law, Rod Derstine and Michael Collins. He is also survived by many cousins and nieces and nephews.
