He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Ambrusch (Cossman); his sons, John Karl Ambrusch III (Deb Ambrusch) and Michael James Ambrusch; his grandsons, Tyler Michael Ambrusch and John Karl Ambrusch IV; and his brother-in-law Robert Gottlieb.
