She was predeceased by: her sister Jessica Wlock. She is survived by: her husband Steven Betz; her children, Dominik and Mia; her parents, John, Jr. Wlock and Carol Wlock (Vance); her brother John Wlock, III of Gilbertsville; and her grandmothers, Phyllis Wlock and Joan Vance. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
