She was predeceased by: her spouse John G. Creamer; and her parent John Potochney. She is survived by: her parent Kathryn Potochney; and her children, John Creamer, Donald Creamer, Marybeth Kix, Patricia Lewandowski, Janet Lindenmuth, Jacqueline Kingman and Timothy Creamer. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
