He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Anne Heise (Umstead); his parents, Anthony Heise and Ethel Heise (Housier); his siblings, Carl, Robert, Patricia and Alice Ann; and his stepdaughter Helen Lauman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lydia Heise of Warminster and Christine (John Barger) of Warminster; and his stepchildren, Mary Kostrubiak of Harleysville, Elizabeth Kostrubiak (Robert Strohm) of Harleysville, Michael Kostrubiak (Ellen) of Harleysville, Joseph Kostrubiak (Frances) of Harleysville and Claire (Howard Cauffman) of Lansdale. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
