He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn and Linda (Leary). He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Perry; his son Devon Perry; his sister Courtney Pennell; his grandmother Elizabeth Perry; his niece Taryn Calderon; and his parents-in-law, Michael and Anne Hazzan.
