He was predeceased by: his parents, John Johnson and Jane Smith (Snyder). He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson; his sons, Chris (Jessica), Matthew (Caitlin) and Douglas; his grandchildren, Carter, Miles, Noa and Josie; and his son Pop.
