Kostrubiak of Harleysville and John Kostrubiak (Patti) of Perkasie; her sister Dorothy Klaumenzer; her grandchildren, Erin and Sean Kostrubiak of Perkasie; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Kennedy and Madeline Law.
