He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Wetzel and Doris Wetzel (Roth); and his siblings, Jack, Richard and Alma Wetzel.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Wetzel (Hess); his daughters, Debra Harkins (Dale) of Indianapolis, IN, Gail Pezzuto (James) of Mount Joy, PA and Ellen Van Patten (Wayne) of Harleysville, PA; and his brother Robert Wetzel of Elizabethtown, PA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
