It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Lee Hayes of Harleysville, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lazarick and Leona Lazarick (Pawidski). She is survived by: her husband Jay Hayes; her children, Christopher Hayes (Kim) of Melbourne, FL and Jennifer Durkin (Hayes) of Hingham, MA; her grandchildren, Taylor Hayes, Andrew Hayes, Michael Durkin and Alec Durkin; her brother Richard Lazarick (Nicola) of Trenton, NJ; and her sister-in-law Suzanne Brown (Hayes) of Georgia. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
