He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Keller Alderfer; his children, Christine Eschbach (Norman), Jay Nyce (Tina), Jeffrey Nyce (Karen) and James Nyce (Suki); his grandchildren, Jonathan Nyce (Saralyn), Julie Lamb (Josiah), Kelsey Nyce, Courtney Feigl (Brady), Jennifer Nyce and Jagger Nyce; and his great grandchildren, Lachlan, Holland Lamb and Bryson Nyce. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
