Lutz; his sons, Jeffrey Bolcavage of Clifford Township, PA and Matthew Bolcavage of Acre Lake, PA; his grandchildren, Natalie, Landon, Joseph and Madisyn Bolcavage; and his brothers, Richard Bolcavage of Endwell, NY and Ted Bolcavage of Archbald, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
