He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel "Luther" and Pauline Collins (Richardson); his siblings, Carolyn, Shirley and Luther; his nephew Matthew; and his sister-in-law Becky.
He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Collins (Michelle) of Fort Myers, Fla. and Shannon Collins of Erie; his siblings, Paula Johnson (Tim) of North East and Greg Collins of North East; his brother-in-law Kirk Sasek of Erie; his stepgrandchildren, Kaelyn, Elijah and Hannah Randall; and his nieces and nephews, Ericka, Ryan, Lacey, Caitlyn, Brittni and Cameron. He is also survived by 10 great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home to help offset the funeral expenses.
