She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Larry Slomski, Dorothy Slomski, Albert Carpenter and Betty Carpenter. She is survived by: her son Sebastian Hall; her siblings, Jennifer Holsinger (Preston) of Erie, Thomas Slomski (Misty) of Dexter, N. Y. and Brandon Slomski of Charlotte, N. C.; and her nieces and nephews, Alexis Holsinger, Haydyn Holsinger, Isabella, Mikayla and Brooklyn Slomski. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be designated to the family.
