He is survived by: his parent Bonnie Pier Lewis; his wife Patricia Hughes Lewis; his aunt Mary Jane Cook; his sisters-in-law, Mary Chulick and Eileen Hughes; his nephew Robert W. Lewis; and his nieces, Kathleen Sullivan (David) and Michelle Nipper (Patrick).
