He is survived by: his wife Madge Adams Bailey; his children, Debbie Bailey and Gregory Bailey (Michele) of Erie; his grandchildren, Richard (Tiffany), Michael (Michelle), Katherine and Lucas; and his great grandchildren, Richard, Dillon, Aiden and Allie.
