He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred P. Millard and Gladys B. Millard; and his wife Theresa Bryce Millard. He is survived by: his daughter Sheryl Brown (Brian); his granddaughter Lauren Brown; and his sister Eunice Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (2607 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
