She is survived by: her parent Louis Dombrowski; her spouse George Stankiewicz; and her children, Rosemarie Cass (John) of Austin, Donald Joseph Stankiewicz of Erie, Karen Ann Sweeney (Daniel) of Erie, Tina Marie Piotrowicz (David) of Erie and Kimberly Ann Titus of Girard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Great Lakes Hospice or Our Lady of Mercy Church.
