Berlin (Rhonda) of Millcreek Township, Pam M. Van Horn (Mark) of Harborcreek, Tom M. Berlin (Beth) of Harborcreek and Andrew V. Berlin of Erie; his brother Richard Berlin (Ann) of Millcreek Township; and his grandchildren, Katie Berlin, Mandy Berlin, Abigail Van Horn, Thomas Berlin and Claire Berlin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
