He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Thomas Seifert Gainer and Emory John Seifert; his former wife Carol Seifert (Maille); his son Kenneth; and his sister Patricia Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Mayr Seifert (Smith). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
