Dougan (Harborcreek, Pennsylvania), born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 15, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents Arthur and Ruth (Henderson) Dougan; his step daughter Gail Burkett; and his brother Philip Dougan. He is survived by : his former wife Nancy (Bartlett) Dougan and their children, Shauncey Baldwin (Robert), Sherry Morgan and grandson Justin Morgan, his wife Patricia (Stetson) Dougan and her children; Henry Martin (Olivia), Thomas Martin and Becky Hogue (Mark); and his siblings, Terrill "Sam" (Jackie), Roger (Cindy), Graydon, Charles "Corky" Dougan (Lisa), Willa Williams (David) and Nina Kestle (Phil). He is also survived by nine step grandchildren; and many step great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be designated to Trinity Lutheran Church, 14 East 38th Street, Erie, PA 16504.
