We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2021, at the age of 82, Eugene Jerome MacIak of Harborcreek, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene Jerome MacIak to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Maciak and Mary Nawrocki Maciak. He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Maciak (Falcone); his children, Christine Isaacs (Jason), James A. Maciak (Katherine) and John Maciak (Deborah); and his grandchildren, Ashley Rout, Ryan Maciak, Amber Revers, Aimee, Joshua, Noah, Hannah, Nathan, Lucas Maciak and Nicholas Isaacs. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be designated to Women's Care Center of Erie County, Inc., 4408 Peach St., Ste. 202, Erie, PA 16509.
