She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Antonino and Serphine Antonino (Guiagio); her husband Dr. Samuel A. Kirkpatrick, Jr.; and her son Gilbert F. Andersen. She is survived by: her daughter Karena L. Rizzilli (Ray) of Camp Hill, PA; and her grandson Connor J. Foschi.
