He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Addie Stepney Fowler; his wife Elizabeth Bowie Fowler; and his siblings, George Fowler, Mildred Gross, Catherine Thornton, Blanche Palabon and Ruth Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Louise Ann Alston (Tyrone), Roxann Carter (John), William Milton Fowler, Jr. (Denicia) and Anthony Michael Fowler (Cheryl Denise); and his grandchildren, Steven, Jamal, Ashley, Patryc, Antonia, Anthony, Danielle, Brandi and Jayda. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
