He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Sr. Couch and Vivian Couch (Rose). He is survived by: his wife Sharon (Evans); his son William E. Couch of Silver Spring, MD; his grandchildren, Caitlyn J. Couch, Patrick A. Couch and James Couch; and his siblings, Delores C. Leonard and Donald Couch.
Due to COVID, public services will be held at a later date.
