He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl Leppo, Sr. and Evelyn Mae Leppo (Brietweiser). He is survived by: his wife Laurie A. Leppo (Patterson); his children, Jennifer L. Landis (Dan) of Hanover, Melinda A. Repass (Shawn) of McSherrystown and Christopher S. Leppo (Ashley) of Hanover; his siblings, Trudy Shockley and Timothy Leppo; and his grandchildren, Mikayla Fox, Alex Fox, Caleb Landis, Shawn Repass Jr., Cadence Repass, Kaydence Borror, Bryanna Repass, Ryan Leppo, Jaden Nelson, Braden Leppo and Tyler Leppo. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory (549 Carlisle St, Hanover, PA 17331). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
