He was predeceased by: his parents, Broadus Hayes and Hazel Regina Carver (Robey); and his sister Sandra Rickard. He is survived by: his wife Lori Lynn (Arentz); his children, Megan E. Carver of Hanover, PA and Matthew F. Carver of Hanover, PA; and his siblings, Shirley Hook of Alexandria, VA, Timothy Carver of Stafford, VA and Diana Harrison of Christiansburg, VA..
