We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2021, at the age of 59, Victoria Packer of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Rockville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her close friend Dennis Taylor; her children, Miriam Chiaruttini (Jordan) of Gettysburg and John Packer (Brandy) of Hanover; her grandchildren, Ava, Aaliyah, Addison, Liam and Millie; and her siblings, Cindy Cowman, Eve, Spence, Patricia, George, Paul, Eleanor, Mark and Bruce Raezer.
