He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard J. Noel, Jr. and Janet Bair Noel; his sister Joanne Noel; and his great grandchild Adrian John Culp. He is survived by: his wife Pam Folmer Noel; his sons, Douglas and Ryan Noel; his granddaughter Brittany Culp; and his siblings, Terry Noel (Wendy) of Hanover and Carolyn Mallory of New Oxford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
