She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinley and Esther Bell Hoover (Goodyear); her husband Charles B. "Chuck" Frawley, Sr.; and her siblings, Calvin Hoover, Kenneth Hoover, William Hoover, Jr., Arthur Hoover, Amanda Jane Rahe and Elenora Toddes.
She is survived by: her children, Leah M. Small of Gettysburg, PA, Perry A. Small (Heidi) of Abbottstown, PA and Peggy S. Hockensmith-Barndt (Heather) of Gettysburg; her grandchildren, Ashley Small, Blake Small, Dustin Small, Casey Small and Montana Lewis; and her siblings, Almena Motaka, Richard Hoover, David Hoover and Naomi Reimold.
