He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth Baker Weaver; his parents, Clair E. Weaver and Kathleen Frey Stevens; his children, Holly Willet (Steve) of Spring Grove, Stephen Weaver, Jr. (Sarah) of Hanover and Scott Weaver (Jess Barley) of York; his grandchildren, Laura Williams (Mike), Amber Walter, Molly Bizon (Josh), Tess Hansbrough (Jeff), Cameron, Jordan, Bella Weaver, Brynn and Blake Barley; and his siblings, Nancy Brayman, Judy Bosley, Carol Emig and Gary Weaver.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private service will be held.
