She was predeceased by: her fiancé Charles "Sponnie" Sponseller; her parents, Leslie E. Klinefelter and Lena Mae Klinefelter (Forry); her son George W. Bastress, Jr.; and her grandsons, David A. Kennedy, Jr. and Eugene Lee Bastress.
She is survived by: her children, Denny L. Bastress (Danette) of East Berlin, Brenda E. Kennedy (David Romo) of Dover, Cary E. Bastress (Lucy) of Hanover and Cherie E. Clark (Bill) of New Oxford; her grandchildren, Duane Bastress, Deidrea Flickinger, Eric Bastress, Eriane Durrick, Shannon Avery, Cheyenne Kennedy, Ryan Bastress, Alica Bastress, Christi Toddes, Brittany Smith and Samantha Smith; and her pet Snuggles. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and many loving extended family members and friends.
