She was predeceased by: her husband William Duane Parks; her parents, James Russell and Elsie "Ruth" Russell; and her child Stacy D. Ritter. She is survived by: her daughter Sheryl L. Chalk (Scott E.); her siblings, Nancy S. Baer, James T. Russell, Jr. (Marilou), Jack H. Russell (Darlene) and Robert A. Russell (Chari); her grandchildren, Tori J. Powers (William A.), Regan Chalk (RJ Hammond) and Ryder E. Chalk; and her great grandchildren, Millie J. Powers and Lena R. Powers.
