Begany and Toni Trunzo; her grandsons, Joseph (Kaylei), Austin and Jake; her great grandchildren, Grace and Rubie; and her sisters, Teresa Bernini (Charles) and Dolores Testa (Joseph).

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials in Sandra's memory to St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Catasauqua.
