She was predeceased by: her husband Philip E. Selby; and her parents, Wilmer Geiman and Evelyn Geiman (Brady). She is survived by: her children, Deborah Greenholt (David), Angela Guty (Joseph), Gregory Selby (Tricia), Michael Selby, Teresa Hilbert, Constance Hartlaub (Roy Kuykendall), Patricia Piro (Joseph), Jennifer Stockslager and Jeffrey Selby (Sandi); and her grandchildren, Sarah, Erin, Nicole, Matt, Ryan, Kailyn, Shawn, Jaime, Branden, Steven, Logan, Owen, Noah, Katlyn, Megan, Josh and Fisher. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Ruthann's memory to St. Vincent de Paul Church, at the above address, would be appreciated.
