He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross A. Sipe and Grace N. Sipe (Sterner); and his wife Roberta "Berdie" (Nace). He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl A. Gruver (Jim) of Gardners, PA; his grandchildren, Alex Gruver, Cole Gruver and Breonna Farlling; and his sisters, Patricia Sheaffer and Sandra Feeser. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
