She was predeceased by: her spouse Burnell F. Blouse; her parents, Beatrice Noel and Glenn Noel; and her siblings, Betty Markle (late Donald), Robert Noel and Barry Markle.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa A. Allison of Hanover; her grandchildren, Brendon Allison of Hanover, Ama Allison of New Oxford and Gillian Garrett (Matthew) of West Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Shane Allison and Logan Garrett. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
