He was predeceased by: his wife Betty J. Carbaugh (Smith); his parents, Paul H. Carbaugh and Willella Carbaugh (Reed); his son Steven M. Carbaugh; and his brother Robert Carbaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy A. Taylor (John) of Chickamauga, GA, Jody M. Boyers (Tim) of Abbottstown and Scott A. Carbaugh (Martha) of Chambersburg. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
