He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Speelman. He is survived by: his girlfriend Lisa Warner of Hanover; his father Roberto Santiago; his daughters, Josephine Santiago of York and Alexis Santiago of Maryland; his granddaughter Sofia DeShields of York; and his sisters, Tina Sparks of Hanover, Sue Head of State College and Lisa Santiago of Biglerville. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
