It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Steen Tibbetts of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto S. Tibbetts and Alice Egry Tibbetts; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Nevius Tibbetts. He is survived by: his siblings, Carole Barocca (Dick), Elaine Adkins (Robert) and Bruce Tibbetts (Gretta Goodis); his niece Erin M Barocca Price; his nephew Michael S Barocca; his great-nieces, Emma C Price and Lara B Price; his nieces, Linda M Adkins and Becky A Albaugh; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cheyenne K Knisley, Megan N Cook, Amber L Greenfield, Daniel A Wolfe and Kristian I Wolfe; and also, Hunter L Cook, Trevor I Cook, Waylon A Cook, Zane W Cook and Elyn B Knisely.
