It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Dean Jr. of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on November 24, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Dean, Sr. and Mary Ellen Spiker (Riley); and his brother Kevin Spiker. He is survived by: his wife Frances Sharon Dean (Hank); his children, Patrick Dean, Kristen Dubs (Peter) and Leigh Krall (Michael) of Palm Coast, FL; his siblings, Linda Taylor of Fort Ashby, WV, Joseph Spiker of Cumberland, MD and David Spiker of Morgantown, WV; and his grandchildren, Andrea Duran-Dean, Kaitlyn Mummert, Ian Duran, Alyssa Mummert and Adam Dubs.
