He is survived by: his spouse Garnett M. Harner (Modena); his stepdaughter Amanda Sinclair (Alfred) of Taneytown, MD; his sister Joanne Folmer of Hanover; his grandsons, Michael, Austin, Gregory and Grant; his great grandchildren, Theodore, Clifford and Gracelyn; his nephews, Craig King, Kevin Harner and Rich Harner; and his great-nephew Neil.
