He is survived by: his wife Beth (Fulco); his children, Jesse Forry (Stephanie) and Abigail Forry Cross; his grandchildren, Oakley, Ryder and Talon Cross; his sister Robin Forry Caler (Andrew Caler); and his nephew Adam Caler.
