It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard R. Runk of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Littlestown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Runk and Esther Runk (Eckert); and his sisters, Pauline Kerlin, Betty Shelleman of Mechanicsburg, PA, Doris Horn of Springville, NY and Nancy Meckley of Hanover, PA..
He is survived by: his wife Karnee (Brown); his children, Lonnie L. Runk of Spring Grove, PA, Tracy A. Perry (John) of Taneytown, MD and Richard A. Runk of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Brandi Frame, Brooke Bellamy, Courtney Kidwell and Katlynn Runk; his stepgranddaughters, Jennifer Miller, Elizabeth Miller, Bethany Perry and Emily Eid; his great grandchildren, Austin Frame, Elijah Frame, Daniel Frame, Carter Kidwell and Samuel Starzman; and his brother-in-law Earl Meckley. He is also survived by 10 step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Grace United Church of Christ, 100 Fourth Street, Hanover, PA 17331.
