We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2022, at the age of 89, Richard Spencer Mullinix of Hanover, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Spencer J. Mullinix and Elizabeth E. Mullinix (Poole); his wife Charlotte A. Mullinix (Smith); and his children, Charlene Anderson (Larry) of Monrovia and Brian Mullinix (Carol) of Frederick, MD. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and a great-grandson.
