He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Neiderer and Arline Neiderer (Billman); his former wife Barbara A. Neiderer (Garrett); and his siblings, Fred Neiderer, Donald Neiderer and Jean Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Shovlin Neiderer (Lisiewski); his children, Scott Neiderer (Melissa) of Mooresville, NC, Kelly Neiderer (Vincent Zabbara) of Hanover, PA, Kevin Neiderer (Jacqueline) of Hanover, PA and Angela Staub (Michael) of Hanover, PA; his granddaughters, Kennedy Gentry (Stuart), Cara Bruton and Paige Bruton; his stepgranddaughters, Jessica Rock (Eli) and Laura Prietz (Andy); his stepgreat-grandsons, Oliver Rock and Oscar Rock; his brother John Neiderer of Hanover; his stepchildren, Rebecca Boll (Baron), Maureen Kaltreider (Russell), Peter Shovlin (Laura) and Marian Shovlin; and his stepgrandchildren, Dalton Boll, Dylan Conley, Madalynn Brodbeck, Matthew Kaltreider, Leah Kaltreider, Emma Shovlin, Lucas Shovlin, Emily Shovlin and Anna Shovlin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
