He is survived by: his parents, Richard Forosisky, Sr. and Evangeline Naill (Muñoz); his wife Shaina Forosisky; his children, Armoni Green, Aubrielle Snoddy, Liam Forosisky, Axel Forosisky, Achilles Forosisky and Alexander Forosisky; his brothers, Ryan Naill (Samantha), Samson Naill, Jesse Naill (Briana) and Christian Forosisky; his grandmother Janet Naill; and his stepmother Andrea Forosisky. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
