He was predeceased by: his father Gordon E. Bolen. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Ann "Sue" Bolen; his son Clayton Tré Bolen; his siblings, Summer Crone (Devin), Christopher, Jake and Michelle Bolen; and his nieces, Jessika Gagnon, Vanessa Crone, Danielle Crone and Jasmine Bolen.
